On Friday, March 21, head coach Eric Chelle named his first-ever starting XI as the Super Eagles prepare to face Rwanda in a 2026 World Cup qualifier in Kigali later this evening.
Chelle’s lineup includes key players such as Victor Osimhen, Ademola Lookman, Simon Moses, and Samuel Chukwueze. In midfield, Alex Iwobi and Wilfred Ndidi take the starting roles, while Stanley Nwabali is the goalkeeper of choice.
The defense will feature Ola Aina, Bright Osayi-Samuel, Calvin Bassey, and team captain William Troost-Ekong.
