Emotional moment Ramsey Nouah, Victor Osuagwu, others pay respect to late Mr Ibu
Renowned Nollywood actors Ramsey Noah, Victor Osuagwu, and Charles Awurum, along with Ghanaian actors and crew members, came together to pay tribute to the late Mr. Ibu on a movie set.
A video shared on Victor Osuagwu’s official Instagram handle captured the actors observing a minute of silence in honor of the departed colleague. This group of veteran movie stars is currently collaborating on a film project titled ‘The Country Called Ghana’.

The emotional moment spurred a variety of reactions on social media as netizens took to the comment section to drop remarks.
One user wrote, “Na so Una dey mourn person for Una village ?? a great legend like Mr Ibu na him Una dey give a minute silence some people dey laugh for dey background chai”
Another wrote, “To all my Nigerian brothers and sisters, my heart goes out to Mr. Ibu and his family. Nollywood won’t be the same without him. Rest in Heaven, John Okafor…..Mr. Ibu….”
Mr. Ibu, aged 62, passed away on March 2, 2024, leaving behind his wives and children.
