The defunct Nelita duo, consisting of Nelly and Anita, has distinguished itself as the only former pair to produce two finalists in the Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) “No Loose Guard” reality show.
As reported by DAILY POST, the show kicked off on July 28 with 14 pairs, totaling 28 housemates. These contestants were later unpaired on September 2, compelling them to compete as individuals.
On Sunday, September 29, Nelita emerged as the only dynamic duo to achieve this milestone after the other halves of the three remaining duos—Mbadiwe Twins, DoubleKay, and Aces—were evicted.
Following the recent evictions of Ocee, Topher, and Kassia, the top eight contestants for this season are Kellyrae, Victoria, Wanni, Onyeka, Ozee, Anita, Nelly, and Sooj.
The season finale is scheduled for next Sunday, with a grand prize of N100 million at stake.
