Newcomers like Ayo Maff and Muyeez have also made their mark with tracks like Dealer and Instagram, while Young John’s album Jiggy Forever claimed the title of the most-streamed album in Nigeria.
On the global stage, Burna Boy remains Nigeria’s top export and continues to shine, being the only Nigerian artist on the UK Top 100. Ayra Starr, a Nigerian female sensation, has broken records in Latin America and remains the leading Nigerian artist in Europe. She also achieved new milestones on the Spotify Global Chart, surpassing fellow stars Rema and Burna Boy in longevity.
Lagos, Port Harcourt, and Abuja stand as key hubs driving Nigeria’s vibrant music scene.
