Chelsea has officially announced that their latest signing, Pedro Neto, will wear the number 19 shirt for the upcoming Premier League season.
The club made this announcement on their website on Wednesday, August 14.
Neto, a Portuguese winger who recently transferred from Wolverhampton Wanderers (Wolves), has signed a long-term contract with Chelsea that will keep him at Stamford Bridge until 2031.
The announcement also revealed that Neto was introduced to Chelsea’s supporters during the half-time break of their pre-season friendly, which ended in a 1-1 draw against Inter Milan.
Looking ahead, Neto will be eager to make his debut for Enzo Maresca’s team in their Premier League opener against Manchester City this weekend.
