Davido is richer and more powerful than his billionaire father – Ibrahim Chatta claims

Nollywood actor Ibrahim Chatta has stirred conversations by claiming that superstar singer Davido is wealthier and more influential than his billionaire father, Adedeji Adeleke.

Chatta made this bold statement while offering advice to younger people, urging them to show respect for elders and those in higher positions of authority, regardless of age. He pointed out that age should not be the sole determining factor of respect, citing historical examples to underscore his point.

“God purposely placed some certain people in certain positions, but you guys are looking at their age. It’s not about the age. Any younger person that possesses things that belong to elders, is an elder,” Chatta remarked.

The actor also referenced the achievements of historical figures like Alexander the Great, who accomplished extraordinary feats despite dying at a young age. Chatta used these examples to highlight that age should not define one’s status or influence.

“Alexander The Great started ruling at age 20 and died at 33. Everything he achieved, Julius Caesar, Adolf Hitler, and others never met up with his achievements, but he died very young and completed his lifetime. And you referred to him as a child?” Chatta asked rhetorically.

He further stated that, despite being younger, Davido has reached levels of fame and success that qualify him as an “elder” in his own right. Chatta went on to explain that while Davido’s father, Adedeji Adeleke, is a billionaire and well-established, his son surpasses him in terms of wealth and influence.

“Wizkid is also an elder. I was just looking at the numbers of people surrounding Davido the day I sat with him, I was just seeing how people were ready to be killed just to get to him. He is an elder. Davido’s father is a billionaire that has been doing big things before the singer’s arrival. His father is rich but not as Davido. If his dad is passing by, you might not recognize him, but if Davido passes here, a stampede will happen,” Chatta concluded.

The actor’s remarks have sparked a lively debate on social media, with many questioning the dynamics of wealth, fame, and influence in modern society.
