On Wednesday, October 16, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos shared some exciting news! He announced that the minimum wage for civil servants in the state will be N85,000.
During an interview with Channels Television, he said, “I’m glad to let you know that the minimum wage for Lagos, which we have discussed with our union, is N85,000 today.”
This means that many workers will earn more money to help take care of their families.
