Former Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia has expressed her congratulations to Thomas Tuchel following his appointment as the new manager of England’s national football team.
Granovskaia, who collaborated with Tuchel during his tenure at Chelsea, emphasized that the German manager “knows trophies.”
Tuchel was officially unveiled as the new manager of the Three Lions on Wednesday, taking over from Lee Carsley in January 2025.
In her reaction, Granovskaia shared a photo of herself with Tuchel alongside the Champions League trophy on Instagram, captioning it: “Thomas knows trophies. Congratulations, TT and England. World Cup 2026 just got more exciting!”
