Oronsanye says Odigie’s resignation won’t affect Bendel Insurance’s game against Kwara United

Bendel Insurance midfielder, Oronsanye James, has assured fans that the players are in high spirits despite the resignation of their head coach, Monday Odigie. Odigie stepped down from his role on Friday, November 22, after spending four years at the club.

Bendel Insurance, also known as Benin Arsenal, are set to face Kwara United in a matchday 13 fixture at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin City on Saturday, November 23.

Speaking with DAILY POST, Oronsanye emphasized that the players remain focused and determined to secure a victory in the upcoming match. “The mood in camp is good, everybody is looking forward to the game against Kwara United on Saturday,” he said.

“We all know our position on the log is challenging and we want to win the game to improve our position in the table,” he added, reassuring that the team is united and ready to perform, despite the recent coaching change.
