A major political realignment may be underway in Cross River North, as Senator Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe and other influential stakeholders of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) held a meeting with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, signalling a potential defection to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Senator Jarigbe, who currently represents Cross River North in the National Assembly, reportedly visited Aso Rock Villa to officially inform President Tinubu of his intention to join the ruling party.
