RSIEC sets date in October for LGA elections

The Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission, RSIEC, has set October 5, for the local government elections.

The RSIEC Chairman, Adolphus Enebeli announced during a meeting with stakeholders in Port Harcourt on Monday, July 1.
