PROFOH announces medical outreach in honour of late mother of South-South Coordinator
Professionals For Humanity (PROFOH) Nigeria and its partners have announced an intensive medical outreach in honour of the late mother of Board member and South-South Coordinator, Muzan Messiah.
The outreach is being organised as a tribute to a woman who raised her son on the values of service to humanity. She passed away a few weeks ago.
Under Muzan’s leadership, PROFOH is currently implementing two major public health projects in the South-South region: a tuberculosis eradication programme in Rivers State and an HIV pathway-to-treatment initiative covering Rivers and Bayelsa States. Approximately 20 PROFOH staff members are actively engaged on the front lines of these interventions.
The entire Board and management of PROFOH have expressed their heartfelt condolences to Muzan Messiah and his family over the loss.
