Paul Scholes tips alternative rivals for glory

Former Manchester United midfielder, Paul Scholes, has predicted that Arsenal will fail to defend their English Premier League title next season. The football pundit stated that the Gunners might experience a severe dip in form.
Scholes shared his technical analysis during an interactive session on The Good, The Bad and The Football podcast. Michael Carrick backed to mount fierce championship challenge
The veteran midfielder tipped Manchester United and Liverpool to challenge strongly for the league crown next season. He expressed immense confidence in the tactical capabilities of the current Manchester United manager, Michael Carrick.
“I think Manchester United will have a chance under Michael (Carrick), if they do some good business,” Scholes said.
He noted that Manchester City will enter a transitional phase due to the arrival of a new manager. Scholes concluded that football enthusiasts should not feel surprised if Arsenal finishes behind their traditional rivals. His controversial prediction has generated intense debates among sports journalists and online commentators.
