FBI reveals chilling details about Trump shooter’s Plans
The FBI has uncovered some disturbing information about the person who tried to assassinate former President Donald Trump. Thomas Mathew Crooks, 20, searched online for details about the assassination of President John F. Kennedy before attempting to shoot Trump.
Crooks used his laptop to research Kennedy’s shooting and even flew a drone near the rally site just hours before the incident. FBI Director Christopher Wray shared these findings during a congressional hearing about the Trump rally.
On July 13, Crooks tried to shoot Trump at a campaign rally in Pennsylvania but missed and was immediately stopped by Secret Service agents. Wray revealed that Crooks used a special gun and climbed to the roof of a building to get close to Trump.
What’s really concerning is that Crooks searched for information about Kennedy’s assassination, including how far away the shooter was from Kennedy. This suggests that he was planning his attack carefully. The FBI is still investigating Crooks’ motives and actions leading up to the incident.
