Can Chelsea finally find a win against Arsenal?
Chelsea travels to the Emirates later today to take on Arsenal in another London Derby as Arsenal tries to establish a foothold at the top of the table before Manchester City plays on Thursday.
Mikel Arteta’s men have played one more game than Manchester City currently, and are one point clear. A win over Chelsea today will put the Gunners four points clear at the top of the table before Manchester City plays against Brighton on Thursday.
In the reverse fixture, Chelsea went 2-0 up but could not make it count, allowing Arsenal to comeback and rescue a point.
The Blues played well against Manchester City on Saturday, April 20, but an abysmal showing from Blues striker Nicolas Jackson ensured that Mauricio Pochettino’s men had nothing to show for it.
Arsenal will try to take full advantage of the home support tonight, as the North London club needs to continue winning games to put pressure on Man City, hoping to force Pep Guardiola’s men to slip up.
