BBNaija star Tega Dominic appointed AGN adviser on sexual harassment
Big Brother Naija reality show star and actress, Tega Dominic, has been appointed Special Adviser on Sexual Harassment to the newly elected President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Abubakar Yakubu.
The appointment was announced on Thursday, January 29, 2026, via a post on the AGN’s Instagram story. Tega later confirmed the development by sharing her appointment letter on her Instagram page.
Reacting, Tega pledged to promote education, awareness and accountability within the industry, stressing a zero-tolerance stance on sexual harassment. She also highlighted her focus on protecting and supporting survivors, establishing safe and confidential reporting systems, and fostering a culture where respect is non-negotiable.
Tega rose to prominence in 2021 following her participation in the ‘Shine Ya Eye’ edition of the Big Brother Naija reality show and has since ventured into acting.
