The first nomination show for BBNaija Season 9 took place on Monday, August 19, resulting in five pairs being put up for possible eviction on Sunday.
The pairs facing eviction are Beta, Chekas, DoubleKay, Wanni x Handi, and Zinwe. One or more of these pairs will be eliminated during the live show.
It’s worth noting that the organizers recently revised some of the show’s rules. Host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu announced that Biggie has eliminated the Custodian Challenge and the Head of House (HOH) ballot. Additionally, housemates no longer have the power to vote on the eviction of the bottom four pairs.
The Head of House now has immunity but does not possess the ability to “save and replace” any pair. Under the new rules, pairs will nominate others for eviction, but viewers will ultimately decide who stays or goes through their votes.
