Zinoleesky parts ways with Marlian music, launches own label

Nigerian singer Zinoleesky has officially exited Marlian Music, bringing an end to his seven-year association with the record label owned by Naira Marley.
The singer reportedly left the label on Thursday, April 23, 2026, to begin an independent music career, amid reports of a fallout with the label boss.
Zinoleesky later unveiled his own imprint, Zinodict Music, on Friday, following the release of his first independent single titled Nostalgia, which he shared across his social media platforms.
Speculation about a rift between Zinoleesky and Naira Marley first emerged in November 2025 but was publicly dismissed at the time by the singer, who reaffirmed loyalty to Marlian Music.
However, recent developments confirm his departure from the label as he moves into a new phase of his music career.
The exit marks a significant shift for Zinoleesky, who rose to prominence under Marlian Music alongside other artistes in the imprint.
