Wizkid announces 2025 tour dates in France, Netherlands, and Germany

Grammy-winning Nigerian superstar Wizkid has announced his return to the stage with a tour across France, the Netherlands, and Germany, marking his first major tour in nearly three years.
The Afrobeats sensation will kick off the tour on May 21, 2025, headlining the 12,000-capacity Velodrome Arena in Berlin, Germany. He will then perform at the Ahoy RTM Stage in Rotterdam, Netherlands, on May 23, before concluding the tour at the 20,000-capacity Accor Arena in Paris, France, on May 25.
Wizkid’s upcoming tour follows the release of his sixth studio album, ‘Morayo’, which dropped in November 2024. The project features collaborations with Asake, French hitmaker Tiakola, French-Gabonese singer Anais Cardot, and American R&B stars Jasmine Sullivan and Brent Faiyaz.
Ahead of the tour, Wizkid performed tracks from the album in surprise concert appearances during the 2024 Detty December festive season. Fans have eagerly awaited his return to touring, given his past achievements, including selling out London’s O2 Arena for three consecutive nights and headlining the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Before hitting the road, Wizkid will be aiming to win his second Grammy Award at the upcoming 67th Grammy ceremony, where he is nominated in the Best African Music Performance category for his contribution to Asake’s ‘MMS’.
With this tour, Wizkid looks to reaffirm his status as one of the greatest Nigerian artists of the 21st century, performing his biggest hits to fans across Europe.
