UEFA names Munich and Camp Nou as Champions League final venues for 2028 and 2029

The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) has named the stadiums that will host its main European club finals from 2027 to 2029.
The 2028 UEFA Champions League final will be played at the Munich Football Arena, home of Bayern Munich. The 2029 final goes to Camp Nou in Barcelona. The 2028 UEFA Women’s Champions League final will be at Parc Olympique Lyonnais in Lyon-Décines; the 2029 women’s final at the National Stadium of Wales in Cardiff.
The 2028 UEFA Europa League final is assigned to the National Arena in Bucharest; the 2029 Europa League final to the National Stadium of Serbia in Belgrade. The 2028 UEFA Conference League final will be at Juventus Stadium in Turin; the 2029 Conference League final at Puskás Aréna in Budapest. The 2027 UEFA Super Cup will be at the Johan Cruyff ArenA in Amsterdam; the 2028 Super Cup at Astana Arena in Astana, Kazakhstan.
The list spreads the biggest nights across Germany, Spain, France, Wales, Romania, Serbia, Italy, Hungary, the Netherlands and Kazakhstan. Munich and Camp Nou are the two names that will dominate conversation: a German arena already used to European deciders, and a rebuilt Catalan ground returning to the centre of the club game. Women’s finals in Lyon and Cardiff keep that competition in stadiums built for large crowds rather than as an afterthought.
Venue awards are planning documents as much as honour rolls. Clubs, cities and broadcasters now know where May will be staged three years out. For supporters the map is simpler: Munich in 2028, Barcelona in 2029 for the men’s Champions League, and a Super Cup that leaves western Europe for Astana in 2028. The football still has to be played. The buildings are booked.
