PROFOH launches operations in Mozambique, with more country chapters under discussion

Professionals For Humanity (PROFOH) has begun flying its flag in Mozambique, with the organisation now active in Maputo.
The announcement was accompanied by thanks to the Board of the Mozambique Chapter, as well as the Global Board, management, members, volunteers and strategic partners. Special recognition was given to Mr. Constantino Cumbane, Country Director for Mozambique, for his leadership in establishing the chapter.
PROFOH said it is also holding advanced discussions with members in four other countries — Japan, the Philippines, China and Kenya — with a view to opening additional national chapters. Further details are expected in a subsequent organisational newsletter.
The Mozambique launch expands PROFOH’s presence on the African continent as the humanitarian group continues to grow its network of country chapters and partners.
