Professionals For Humanity (PROFOH) carried out Client Exit Interviews (CEI) with clients accessing services at the Model Primary Health Centre (MPHC) Mgbuosimini on Friday.
The engagement targeted individuals who visited the facility to utilise ATM services. PROFOH team members interacted with the clients to gather feedback on service delivery, identify areas for improvement and promote greater awareness of available public health support.
The activity forms part of PROFOH’s ongoing efforts to strengthen primary healthcare utilisation and community participation in Rivers State. By engaging directly with service users at the facility, the organisation aims to enhance accountability, improve client experience and support better health outcomes at the grassroots level.
