Chelsea midfielder Dewsbury-Hall joins Everton, Jackson eyed by NUFC

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall has officially left Chelsea to join Everton on a permanent deal, the club confirmed on Wednesday.
The 26-year-old midfielder arrived from Leicester City in 2024 and made 36 appearances for the Blues across all competitions last season. He departs as a Conference League and FIFA Club World Cup winner under Enzo Maresca, who coached him previously at Leicester.
“We thank Kiernan for his efforts… and wish him well as he begins a new chapter,” Chelsea said in a statement.
Newcastle eye Nicolas Jackson as Isak’s future remains uncertain
In transfer developments elsewhere, Newcastle United are reportedly lining up a move for Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson, according to The Sun.
The Magpies are preparing for the potential departure of Alexander Isak, with RB Leipzig’s Benjamin Sesko—previously a top target—likely heading to Manchester United instead.
Jackson, 23, is currently back in pre-season training at Cobham, but Chelsea are open to selling the Senegalese forward for the right price.
