Arsenal gets chance to reclaim top spot against Wolves

Mikel Arteta has expressed disappointment over his exit from the UEFA Champions League with Arsenal, but his focus will now turn to the Premier League title race, which has him two points behind Manchester City in the table.

Arsenal travels to Gary O’Neil’s Wolverhampton Wanderers in what would be an exciting clash for neutrals as Arteta’s men will go back to the top of the table if they win.

Arsenal will only return to the table top with a win though, and Wolves are definitely not a pushover, especially at their home ground.

Bukayo Saka, Kai Havertz, Leandro Trossard, Martin Odegaard, and Gabriel Magalhaes have been instrumental to the North Londoners title charge, as Saka (14), Havertz (9) and Trossard (8) have led the scoring chart this season.

Wolves has just one win in their last six games, and no win in their last four. This may give Arsenal some confidence, as Arteta’s men would hope to impose their game on the much less confident Wolves team.
