APC group clears Rep Jaji of anti-party claims

Allegations labeled as political distractions
A prominent support group within the All Progressives Congress (APC) has come out to defend Rep Sani Aminu Jaji against recent accusations.
The North-West APC Youth Frontiers described the allegations of anti-party activities as completely unfounded and mischievous. They believe these claims are merely a calculated attempt to smear the lawmaker’s growing reputation.
The group released a formal statement through its Coordinator, Malam Danladi Cika, in Sokoto. Cika noted that the allegations serve as a tool for political detractors who want to undermine Jaji’s standing. He emphasized that the lawmaker remains a pillar of the party in the North-West region.
Proof of loyalty to the party
Rep Jaji currently represents the Kauran Namoda and Birnin Magaji Federal Constituency in Zamfara State. The youth group highlighted his significant contributions during the 2023 general elections as evidence of his commitment. He served as the Director of Contact and Mobilisation for the APC in the North-West during that critical period.
Beyond his official roles, Jaji reportedly engaged various stakeholders to ensure the party’s victory. He met with religious leaders, student unions, and farming associations to build a broad support base. The group argued that someone with such a track record cannot be working against the party.
Philanthropy and grassroots connection
The statement further pointed out that Jaji’s impact extends beyond core politics into community development. His philanthropic gestures have reached many households in Zamfara State and across the country. The group feels it is illogical to link a man of his character with sabotaging the APC.
Cika dismissed the accusers as “failed political opportunists” who could not even deliver their own polling units. He urged party members to ignore the noise and stay focused on internal unity. The North-West APC Youth Frontiers reaffirmed their total loyalty to the party leadership at all levels.
