A new season of the popular TV show ‘Superstory’, titled ‘The Curse’, is set to premiere on August 8, Wale Adenuga Productions has announced.
The upcoming season boasts a star-studded cast, including Mr. Macaroni, Segun Arinze, Dele Odule, Yetunde Barnabas, Hafiz Oyetoro, Gloria Young, Babaseun Faseru, Sa’eed Muhammed (Funky Mallam), Lalude, Olajumoke George, Samuel Olasehinde, and Joke Muyiwa, among others.
According to the producer of the show, Wale Adenuga Jr., viewers can expect a captivating story that will hook them from the first episode. “In addition to the great production design, and the multiple celebrities in it, the programme stands strong on the foundation of a very fascinating story, which is authentically African and relatable to viewers of all ages,” he said.
Adenuga also referenced the show’s previous award win, saying, “When ‘Superstory’ won the award for ‘TV Drama of the Year’ at the last edition of the Nigeria Media Merit Awards, we promised something extra special; and here it is.”
This latest installment of ‘Superstory’ promises to deliver the same engaging storytelling and memorable characters that have made the show a household name.
