Toyin Abraham, Dayo Amusa, Mercy Aigbe, others storm Bukky Wright’s Ramadan birthday prayer
Photos and videos of Nigerian filmmakers Dayo Amusa, Mercy Aigbe, and others attending the Ramadan tefsir and birthday prayer organized by Muslim cleric Bukhari Ahmad to celebrate actress Bukky Wright have surfaced online.
Some of the photos shared on Dayo Amusa’s Instagram page on Monday, April 1, saw her and Bukky Wright all smiles as they posed for the camera.
In another picture, the women were joined by Mercy Aigbe and Ogun State commissioner of women affairs, Motunrayo Adeleye.
Other photos spotted online feature Dayo, Mercy, Toyin and Bukky Wright amongst others who graced the event.
Captioning the pictures, Dayo wrote:
“Ramadan tefsir by @al_mukhtar_official in celebration of @bukkywright birthday in company of @realmercyaigbe @motunrayoadijatofficial. Many more years of celebration mama.”
On her birthday on Sunday, Bukky Wright shared a photo collage of herself with the caption:
“Hurray, it’s my birthday 🎉. Alhamdulilah Robiliallamin.”
Several of her colleagues celebrated her on Instagram.
Bukky is currently in Nigeria, filming a sequel to her hit film Omotara Johnson.
