Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has provided updates on his squad’s injuries ahead of Saturday’s Premier League match against Brentford.
During a press conference on Friday, October 18, Ten Hag announced that former captain Harry Maguire and midfielder Kobbie Mainoo will not be available for the upcoming game, as both players are expected to be sidelined for “a few weeks.”
He stated, “Noussair Mazraoui is available for selection. Kobbie Mainoo and Harry Maguire will be out for a few weeks.”
As they prepare for the clash against Brentford, United currently sits in 14th place on the league table, having won only two of their first seven matches and lost three.
