Nigerian street-hop sensation Seyi Vibez has released a surprise four-track EP titled Children of Africa, marking his first project of 2025.
The February 21 release follows an impressive 2024, during which the singer closed the year with the biggest song on Apple Music Nigeria. Announcing the project via his Instagram story, Seyi Vibez urged fans to stream the EP, emphasizing that “big things start small.”
Children of Africa features a guest appearance from American trap artist NLE Choppa on the track MACHO, further showcasing Seyi Vibez’s growing international collaborations.
Renowned for blending Apala music, Afrobeats, and Hip-Hop, the Lagos-born artist has maintained a relentless release schedule, with this marking his sixth solo project in three years. The EP comes months after his July 2024 project Loseyi Professor and is his first release since leaving Dapper Music, the label that propelled him to mainstream success.
Now signed under No Seyi No Vibez INC in partnership with EMPIRE, Children of Africa is expected to extend his chart-topping streak, with the high-energy street-hop single Shaolin already emerging as an early fan favorite.
