See what Vinicius Jr considers more important between the UCL and the Ballon d’Or

Real Madrid forward, Vinicius Jr, has said he would pick winning the Champions League trophy over taking home the Ballon d’Or.

The Brazilian has emerged as one of the frontrunners for the individual award.

Vinicius has scored 17 goals in his last 23 matches, including a brace against Bayern Munich in the Champions League semi-final.

But when asked if he would take a 1-0 win over Dortmund like two years ago against Liverpool, with him scoring the winner, Vinicius replied “for sure”.

He added: “With a goal from anyone.

“I’ve never thought about (winning the Ballon d’Or).

“The best thing to happen this season is winning the Champions League.”
