Man City’s 115 financial charges hearing concludes in EPL case

On Friday, December 6, 2024, the hearing into the Premier League’s 115 charges against Manchester City over alleged financial breaches officially came to an end.

The hearing, which began on September 16, concluded at the International Dispute Resolution Centre in London. Now, the panel will review all the evidence and arguments before delivering their verdict.

City stands accused of violating Financial Fair Play (FFP) rules and not fully cooperating with the investigation into their finances. The club has denied all charges and remains confident they will be cleared of any wrongdoing.

If found guilty, Manchester City could face serious consequences, including financial penalties, a points deduction, or even relegation from the Premier League.

It is believed that after the verdict is announced, an appeal by the club could delay the final decision, potentially stretching the case into next season.
