The long-standing rivalry between Nollywood actresses Lizzy Anjorin and Iyabo Ojo has flared up once again, with both stars trading harsh words on social media following the pregnancy announcement of Iyabo’s daughter, Priscilla Ojo.
The feud was reignited after Lizzy Anjorin failed to publicly congratulate Priscilla on her pregnancy, sparking allegations of jealousy from fans and followers. Priscilla recently revealed that she is expecting her first child with Tanzanian singer Juma Jux, sharing stunning maternity photos on Instagram.
In response to the backlash, Lizzy posted a fiery video rant, hurling insults at Iyabo Ojo and making deeply offensive remarks, including wishes of harm towards Priscilla’s unborn child.
“If she gives birth to 20 children, they will all perish. Iyabo is a disgraceful human being,” Lizzy said in the video, drawing widespread condemnation online.
She also accused critics of hypocrisy and defended her decision not to publicly celebrate the pregnancy, citing her rocky history with Iyabo.
Iyabo Ojo, in her response, said she remained committed to peace but would not tolerate threats or public defamation—especially when directed at her children. She also warned of potential consequences if any harm came to her or her family.
“If anything happens to me or my children, hold Lizzy responsible,” Iyabo stated, referencing past incidents where Lizzy allegedly slandered her.
The heated exchange has once again put the actresses in the public eye, drawing concern from fans who are calling for restraint and reconciliation.
