Lil Wayne accused of physical abuse by longtime partner Denise Bidot in explosive Mother’s Day fallout

Model Denise Bidot, 38, publicly accused her longtime partner, rapper Lil Wayne, of physical abuse and emotional cruelty in a searing Instagram post published on Sunday, May 11.
In the emotionally charged message, Bidot alleged that the Grammy-winning rapper ended their relationship via text message on Mother’s Day, adding that he forcibly removed both her and her daughter from their shared home while she was still recovering from surgery.
“Breaking up with someone on Mother’s Day is diabolical. Prayers up though. God always pulls me through. Walking with faith.”
She continued:
“Wayne literally kicked me and my daughter out on Mother’s Day today. I’m just recovering from surgery. I’m five weeks out from a whole mommy makeover. I can’t even lift my boxes. But this man has his assistants coming to help kick us out and break up with me through text.”
The most alarming part of her message came when she accused Lil Wayne of past physical violence:
“This man has actually laid a fucking hand on me. And I took it. They always say we are so stupid for love, and I thought it was a mistake. But I know other women he’s put his hands on.”
Bidot also claimed the rapper had flown in other women on the same day:
“I know he flew in two girls today, and who knows how many he has.”
She concluded her post by asking her followers for lawyer recommendations, signaling her intent to take legal action.
As of Tuesday, May 13, Lil Wayne had not issued any public response to the allegations.
The couple’s relationship became public in 2020, following Lil Wayne’s previous romance with Australian model La’tecia Thomas. Bidot and Wayne have since been seen together at events and shared several moments on social media, though they have kept much of their private life away from the public eye—until now.
