Leicester City offers Ndidi new contract
Leicester City has offered Wilfred Ndidi a new two-year contract, according to Daily Post.
The Foxes are desperate to keep the Nigeria international following their return to the Premier League, but his contract runs out by June 30.
The club announced last week they are in talks with the 27-year-old over a new contract.
According to Leicester Mercury, the former Premier League champions want the player to stay for another two years at the King Power Stadium, however, the financial details of the new deal offered to the defensive midfielder were not revealed.
Ndidi joined Leicester from Belgian Pro League club, KRC Genk for a reported £15m in 2017.
He has made 273 appearances across all competitions, scoring 17 times and providing 17 assists.
