Contract negotiations between Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) forward Kylian Mbappe and Real Madrid are going well, according to Fabrizio Romano
The Italian football journalist said in an Instagram reel on Wednesday, March 20.
Romano states that Mbappe is close to agreeing to a deal with the Spanish giants after the France captain made it clear to PSG President Nassr Al-Khelaifi that he is leaving the club at the end of this season.
Romano revealed that Mbappe and Madrid had agreed on wages, stating that the France forward’s wages would be on par with that of the best players at the club.
The Italian journo also added that both parties are still discussing details of the contract, more specifically image rights and a signing fee that is expected to be as high as £100 million.
Links between Mbappe and Real Madrid have been around for up to four years, but it seems the Galacticos will finally get their man, and the France icon will finally get his dream move.
