Justin Bieber’s $31.5M debt to scooter Braun’s former company tied to Rhode beauty deal Justin Bieber

Justin Bieber will not immediately repay the over $31 million he owes to Scooter Braun’s former company, Hybe. Sources close to the matter reveal that the settlement agreement allows Bieber to delay payment until funds from the sale of his wife Hailey Bieber’s Rhode beauty brand are received.
The financial agreement includes a key condition: Bieber is not required to pay the debt until the Rhode deal is officially closed and fully funded.
An independent audit had shown Bieber owed Hybe $26 million after the company paid that amount to AEG to cover losses from the cancellation of his “Justice” world tour. He also owed Braun $11 million in back commissions. Of that, $8 million was waived by Braun, while Bieber agreed to pay the remaining $3 million, making the total settlement around $31.5 million.
This settlement marks a significant financial resolution in the evolving relationship between the pop star and his longtime former manager.
