Atalanta midfielder Teun Koopmeiners has succinctly expressed his desire to leave the club at the end of the current season, Telegraaf reports.
Koopmeiners joined Atalanta in 2021 and has been a mainstay in the team since then, having made 88 league appearances since he joined the Serie A club.
This season, the 26-year-old has scored 10 league goals and provided three assists.
“I have told Atalanta that I want to leave the club in the summer”.
“I hope there will be options to consider this year… I’ve had an amazing time at Atalanta and I hope they will get a big sum”, the Atalanta midfielder told Telegraaf.
Italian giant Juventus has been linked with the Dutch player, and some Premier League clubs are also looking interested in his services
