Nigerian singer Oniyinde Azeez, popularly known as Zinoleesky, has revealed that becoming a father has transformed his life in significant ways.
The artist, who welcomed his first child, a daughter named Zendaya, in December 2023 and a son, Zafar, in April 2025, opened up during a recent interview on Adesope Live.
Zinoleesky said fatherhood has helped him drop certain negative habits and adopt a more focused lifestyle.
“Fatherhood means quite a lot because I will say I’m a changed person since my boy got here,” he said. “There are some things that I would have done before or, let’s say, the way I do some things, I have reduced just because of the boy.”
The Mapariwo crooner added that the experience has kept him grounded and focused: “I have to keep my head down, keep my head straight. And it has been a blessing, too.”
Zinoleesky is one of the prominent acts signed to Marlian Music and has gained recognition for his melodic fusion of street vibes and Afrobeats.
