Denilson Igwe exposes Mark Angel’s $3.7M Forex loss claim
Content creator Denilson Igwe has cast doubt on the veracity of his former collaborator, Mark Angel’s, claim of losing $3.7 million (6 billion naira) in forex trading.
Mark Angel, in a detailed Instagram post on Monday, January 6, 2025, described the year 2024 as the most challenging of his life, revealing that he had lost $3.7 million through forex trading. This revelation led to an outpouring of sympathy across social media platforms.
However, Denilson Igwe was quick to challenge the narrative. In his response on Instagram on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, Igwe wrote, “Lies na water. Some people are just worst than the devil.”
This isn’t the first time Igwe has publicly questioned Mark Angel’s financial practices. Back in 2024, Igwe accused Mark of diverting the comedy team’s streaming revenues into his personal accounts, claiming that Mark was paying the other team members minimal wages while he himself was amassing millions from these revenues.
