Real Madrid will welcome the reigning champions of the UEFA Champions League, Manchester City, to the Santiago Bernabeu in the first leg of this season’s quarter final clash.
The match will be played on April 9, in Spain.
Real Madrid is well aware of the threat Man City is carrying, with key players Kevin De Bruyne and Erling Haaland fit to play.
Man City is currently third in the Premier League table, but is very much in the thick of the title race, being only one point behind the league leaders.
Real Madrid, for its part, is eight points clear at the top of the LaLiga table, ahead of FC Barcelona, whose manager is leaving at the end of the season.
Man City has scored slightly more goals than Real Madrid this season, but the Spanish giant has a much better defense than the Champions League holders.
