Bambam celebrates hosting debut and best-dressed nomination at AMVCA cultural day

Nollywood actress and former Big Brother Naija housemate, Bamike Olawunmi Adenibuyan, popularly known as Bambam, has expressed her excitement after making her hosting debut at the just concluded Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) Cultural Day.
The event, held on Friday, May 9, marked the 11th edition of the annual celebration, drawing a vibrant mix of celebrities who showcased Africa’s rich cultural heritage. Bambam hosted the Onga brand segment and also received a nomination for Best Dressed Female.
Although she didn’t win the category, Bambam took to Instagram to celebrate the experience, describing the event as “a beautiful celebration of Africa” where “every tribe, culture, and tradition was proudly on display.” She proudly represented Ghana with her look.
Sharing photos of her outfit, she wrote, “It’s a wrap! Honoured to have hosted Onga at the AMVCA Cultural Day… I was even nominated for best dressed. Congratulations to the winners. What a night it was!”
Meanwhile, Big Brother Naija’s Roseline Afije, popularly known as Liquorose, won the Best Dressed Female category in an outfit designed by Prudent Atelier, earning a prize of one million naira. Prince Nelson, from BBNaija Lockdown season, won the male category.
