Inlaks concludes Graduate Development Program, graduates 30
A Sub-Saharan African Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure and systems integrator, Inlaks, has concluded its Graduate Development Program aimed at training future ICT leaders in Africa, BusinessDay reports.
The program, aimed at nurturing talent in ICT, featured over 30 graduates from Nigeria, Ghana, and Kenya in various disciplines who took part in a three-month program.
Inlaks teamed up with Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF), represented by its executive secretary, Feyisayo Alayande and Director of Strategy, Funding and Stakeholder Management, Sherifah Balogun, according to BusinessDay.
Inlaks CEO of Africa Operations, Henry Okolo emphasized the company’s focus on providing young talent with a platform to flourish, through the program.
“Inlaks is proud to celebrate the accomplishments of these young talents from the Graduate Development Program. Over the years, we have invested in capacity building which has produced global talents to bridge the unemployment gap with technical and corporate expertise.
“Their enthusiasm, dedication, and innovative thinking have been impressive. We are confident that they are well-equipped to make significant contributions to the company and the ICT sector across Africa. The management welcomes the cohort to a dynamic and enabling work environment to work seamlessly across diverse teams as we continue our journey to own tomorrow,” Okolo said
