On Tuesday, December 18, Beyoncé achieved a major milestone in her music career, becoming the most RIAA-certified female artist of all time. The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) announced that Beyoncé now holds the record for the most certified titles by a female artist, with a total of 103 certifications.
This achievement was bolstered by recent certifications of some of her songs, including her first two Diamond singles, “Halo” and “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It).” Other notable certifications include 2x Platinum for her album Renaissance, 4x Platinum for Lemonade, and 7x Platinum for both Sasha Fierce and Dangerously In Love.
The RIAA congratulated Beyoncé, writing on X, “Crowning achievement! Congratulations to @Beyonce, who now holds the record for the most certified titles for a female artist in RIAA history, including her first two Diamond singles!”
