Big Brother Naija stars Wanni and Handi have opened up about a painful experience in which a close friend leaked their nude photos online. The twins shared the story during an interview on the BTS Reality Show podcast, explaining how the betrayal deeply affected their trust in others.
Wanni revealed that the friend in question was a married woman they had been close to. According to Wanni, the woman posted their nude pictures on social media after they confronted her about negative things she had said about them.
“We were friends with a married woman, and when we called her out for some things she had said about us, she posted our nude pictures online,” Wanni explained.
The twins, who have had their share of difficult experiences with people in the past, expressed how these betrayals have shaped their view on friendships. “We have been with people who have said the worst things about us,” Wanni continued. “Handi and I have learned to be better, but once you hurt us, we just cut you off because I’m scared.”
Handi added, “We are very scared of people, so we like to keep our circle small. We’ve learned the hard way, and now we know how to protect ourselves.”
The twins emphasized that, although they are cautious about who they let into their lives, they now maintain friendships for specific purposes, keeping their inner circle tight and trusting only those who truly have their best interests at heart.
