Osimhen’s market value experiences significant decline

Galatasaray forward Victor Osimhen has seen a notable decrease in his transfer market value, which has dropped from €100 million to €75 million, according to the latest valuation released by Transfermarkt on Friday, October 4, 2024.

Despite this decline, the 25-year-old Nigerian remains the most valuable player in the Turkish Super Lig. His valuation drop comes in the wake of his recent loan move to Galatasaray, which has raised questions about his market standing.

Following Osimhen in value are former Sevilla striker Youssef En-Nesyri and fellow Moroccan World Cup star Sofiyan Amrabat, both of whom are valued at €22 million each.

This significant gap in valuation highlights Osimhen’s continued prominence in the league, despite the recent fluctuation in his market value.
