Sunshine Stars will face Nationwide League One team Grassrunners in a pre-season friendly today, Monday, September 2, in Ijebu-Ode. This match is intended to prepare both teams for the upcoming season.
Sunshine Stars previously hosted their home games at this stadium during the 2014 and 2017 seasons and also used the venue for their continental fixtures in 2012.
Grassrunners have recently appointed Paul Offor as their new head coach. Offor has signed a three-year contract with the NLO side.
