Entitlement mentality is why many of you are still single – Williams Uchemba
Popular Nigerian actor, Williams Uchemba, has sparked a conversation about relationships and expectations after criticizing women who make exorbitant demands on men.
In a Facebook post, Uchemba attributed the single status of many women to an “entitlement mentality.” He argued that repeatedly asking for items beyond a man’s financial capacity could alienate potential partners.
“Ladies listen, there is a law that says anything you cannot afford do not request it in a restaurant,” Uchemba stated.
He went on to explain, “There is a difference between appealing and requesting. When a wife wants to ask for something, she does not request it, she appeals to the husband. There is nothing wrong in appealing but those women who think it is their right have a problem.”
Uchemba emphasized the importance of character over physical attributes in maintaining relationships, suggesting that women should focus on building strong personalities rather than relying on appearance.
